Jihad.com: How Terrorists Use the InternetPrintable Version
A CNP Conversation with Aimee Ibrahim David
December 1, 2006
CNP hosted an outstanding presentation by Aimee Ibrahim David, a principal at DFI International. Held the day after al-Qaeda announced its intention to mount denial-of-service attacks against U.S. banking institutions, the topic of cyber-terrorism is a pressing national security issue. Ms. David, author of The al-Qaeda Threat and an expert in Islamic extremists' use of the Internet, illuminated just how terrorists are using cyberspace as a strategic tool, how they are adapting and some of the unclassified ways in which the U.S. Government is tracking their activities.
